One of the Garmin wearing Pax commented post beatdown to YHC that we ran two miles today during the beatdown, and that seemed out of character for me. In true Yogi Berra fashion, I commented that you didn’t need to run two miles to run two miles. That kind of logic was incorporated into the beatdown – I think we ran, bear crawled or crab walked 20 yards 160 times today to get our two miles.

A great turnout today. Another cool morning, working out in the sunshine. Thank you for the opportunity to lead. It was fun today. Whale Shark shouting his name and age at the COT was the best part of the day for me.
