The Thang:
Partners, but not Dora, all pax do all exercises. Pair of exercises that total 100 reps, one pax starts with one exercise, partner starts the other exercise. Move into the other exercise when done. When both partners are done, mosey to Wood’s Chapel patio or The Rig.
Rig: 90 single-count Freddie Mercuries and 10 push-up to toe-tap
Wood’s: 80 single-count flutter kicks and 20 box jumps
Rig: 70 mountain climbers and 30 staggered push-ups (15 reps of one arm on curb and other arm on ground, then swap arms).
Wood’s: 60 Bonnie Blairs and 40 dips
Rig: 50 reverse crunches and 50 raise the roof
Wood’s: 40 SSH IC (all together) and 60 lunge-walk steps towards rig (30 each leg).
Rig: 30 jackrabbits and 70 high knees
Wood’s: 20 derkins and 80 side lunge-walk steps (20 facing one direction, 20 the other, 20, 20). Pax were encouraged to face their partner and make intense eye contact during the 20 (40) steps they faced.
Rig: 10 hanging knee raises (hang from bar, lift knees to chest) and 90 collective burpees (each pax did 10).
Finished with a ring of fire Al Gore/squats (1-2-1 reps) and tall plank/pushup (1-2-1 reps).
