Mosey towards the track
The Thang:
Began with 10 burpees, mosey 100 meters, 10 burpees, mosey 100 meters, 10 burpees, mosey 200 meters, 10 bonnie blairs (double count), mosey 200 meters out of the gate to Vanderlyn. Plank-rest for the six. 5 burpees then mosey to the playground.
At the playground we did a modified version of a workout called Cindy (borrowed from a popular fitness craze). 10 minute AMRAP – Aim for 10 rounds.
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air squats
After a 15 count (Manhole seemed confused by 15 count – perhaps because he was wearing shoes), we mosey’d over to the wall for 7’s. Begin with 6 box jumps and 1 burpee. Then 5 box jumps, 2 burpees, and so on until you reach 1 box jump and 6 burpees.
Mosey’d back down Vanderlyn Dr and stopped by the upper DHS parking lot for 5 burpees. Continued to the upper parking lot for a brief Wheel of Merkin using the curb.
- 5 pushups with feet on curb. Rotate 90 degrees.
- 5 pushups with left hand on curb. Rotate
- 5 pushups with both hands on curb. Rotate
- 5 pushups with right hand on curb. Rinse and repeat for one additional rotation.
With a little time to spare, we mosey’d back to the flag pole for 15 reps of 3-1 count merkins and American Hammers.
