Warm up: 1 lap around the island, 10 SSH, 10 weed pickers, high knees
The Thang: Because this weekend was wildcard weekend in the NFL, we each chose a card from the deck and did the corresponding number of reps (clubs = tricep press, spades = burpees, diamonds = diamond merkins, hearts = squats) . The whole circle did each persons card all together.
We then did the Murph (5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats and a lap around the island.) x 8 reps.
We then had some beat the freeze competitions (person with a coupon gets a head start, races against partner) loser has 30 merkins, winner has 10 merkins
