The Thang:

AMRAP Style work out:  Complete the Beatdown then repeat.

  • Kraken Burpees  ( 10)
  • Overhead Press (15)

* Murder Bunny to the cone 20 yards away/ Redrum Bunny(reverse murder bunny) back to the start line (one time)

  • Low Country Crab, double count (20) : In Crab position dip then extend right hand to touch left foot (across body). And then alternate left hand to right foot.
  • Coupon Lunges ( 25 single count)

* Bear Crawl Merkin out to the Cone, 20 yards away./  Crawl Bear back to Start line (one time)

  • Monkey Crunches: Big Boy sit-up position, sit up and touch your ankles. Its a half sit-up  ( 30)
  • Jungle Boy Squats ( 35)

*Run around the island and then start from the top again. ( everyone made at little more than three times through)

The look on everyone’s face when i told them we were doing Monkey humpers was priceless. It was a mix of amusement and confusion.

Neon , after i explained that we were doing an AMRAP style workout jokingly said, ” so you are saying we will have to complete the exercise this time.” Even one thought it funny.
