- Cherokee run down Vermack to Berkshire Pass (one of the few locations we haven’t explored yet)
- 30 dying beetle
- Mosey next to where the fences are on both sides of the street. Get in Derkin position with hands on the sidewalk and feet on fence. Shuffle your hands and feet along the fence up the road. YHC made this up the evening before the workout, but feel free to suggest a name!
- Mosey up to the next intersection
- 30 heels to heaven
- Turn right, mosey to next intersection
- YHC was going to do 10 burpees, but Chain Gang asked for 30. YHC settled at 15.
- Turn left, mosey to end of street
- Bear crawl through the secret path.
- Cherokee Run back to DHS with one Burpee off the back.
- Split into two teams and run lines in the parking lot, shuffling left and right.
- Mosey to the front of the school and do a Merkin/Burpee ladder
- 10 merkins at the bottom of the hill
- 10 big boi situps at the top of the hill
- The Pax tried for 100 of each but made it to about 70 before time ran out.
