The Thang:
two groups of 4 trying to achieve 100 pull ups. Each PAX does as many as they can up to 10 as the other three complete a workout. when burned out on pull ups or has hit 10, return and jump in with the group. Once other three are done, the next PAX goes to pull-up bar.
Workout was 20 chest press, 15 weighted LBC, 10 weighted squats
