Mosey around the Island
The Thang:
Inspired by one of the beatdown station’s from the Boneyard Convergence. Six cones setup equal distance apart in a circle ( in our case an oval). Each cone has an exercise on it. Complete the exercise then rifle carry your coupon to the next cone going in a clockwise direction. Put down your coupon then run around the island. When you get back to your coupon at the next cone complete that exercise and repeat.
Cone 1: Absolution(10)
Cone 2: Coupon swings (20)
Cone 3: Mike Tysons (20)
Cone 4: Crab Cakes (20) 2 count
Cone 5: Coupon Squat thrusters (20) – Switched to arms curls after the third time around
