“Railroad Track” Line up single file. Start to mosey around track. 1st person sprints ahead 15 yards and drops in a low plank. 2nd person hurdles him and runs out another 20 yards and drops in low plank. 3rd person and all others continue to hurdle those in front who are in low plank. Keep “leap frogging” until all the way around track one time.
