Fortunately the rain stopped prior to the arrival of three hearty men who arrived ready for a great beatdown. Two UGA and one UVA alumni formed our Pax. Everything was perfect except we couldn’t figure out how to form a Circle of Trust at the end so we opted for a Triangle of Trust instead.
Warm up:
SSH x12 IC, Hillbillies x12 IC, Low Slow Squats x12 IC, Mountain Climbers x12 IC, Parker Peters x12 IC. Rinse and Repeat.
The Thang:
Mosey to track. Begin with 5 Eight Count Bodybuilders. Run 1/4 of track and then perform 10 Bonnie Blairs. Run next 1/4 of track then 15 Merkins. Run next 1/4 of track then 10 Planck Jacks. Run back to start and repeat process for a total of 3 laps.
Mosey through shortcut to Vanderlyn field. 1 partner runs to playground and does 5 pull-ups while other partner does burpees. Switch after first partner returns from pull-ups. Repeat for four cycles.
Mosey to circle at front of Vanderlyn for some Mary. LBCs x20 IC, Dying Cockroach x20 IC, American Hammer x20 IC, Low Flutter Kicks x20 IC, and finally, Oompa Loompa Sit-ups (not sure what these are called) x20 IC.
Mosey back to the metal handrail at DHS entrance. 1 Pax does 10 Australian Push-ups while the others do squats. After the first Pax finishes 10 Australian Push-ups, next Pax takes over for 10 more while others continue with squats. Repeat until 100 cumulative Australian Push-ups are completed.
