The Thang:

  • Mosey
  • Stair Exercises at SMS Stairs:
    • Single Leg Hop;
    • Single Leg 2 Up 1 Down,
    • Calf Raise Progression
  • 4 Sets of Rocky Balboas at the Circle of Life:
    • 10 4C Rocky Balboas
    • Backpedal to curb and job back between exercises
  • 3 Sets of Pistol Squats
    • 10 OC Pistol Squats
    • Run to opposite side of platform and back between exercises
  • Mosey to Amphitheater for Step Ups + Lunge progression
  • Failed attempt to break WR for 400-meter sprint (Stopped at 43 seconds nowhere near where I started)
