Mosey to track for an exploratory lap around what will become an exciting new place to do workouts at the Rig, stopped at ATC logo

20 walking lunges, 25 squats, 20 merkins, 20 flutter kicks, 400m run

Bear hunt: pair up, P1 bear crawls, P2 sprints in opposite direction to track edge then back to catch bear; once caught, both partners do 10 big boy situps, 20 freddie mercurys, swap roles/repeat, then return to ATC logo

400m run, 20 walking lunges, 25 squats, 20 merkins, 20 flutter kicks

Duck hunt: P1 duck walks, P2 sprints in opposite direction to track edge then back to catch duck; once caught, both partners do 10 big boy situps, 20 freddie mercurys, swap roles/repeat, then return to ATC logo
