Cherokee Run to the GA State Parking Deck. We stayed together to get those interval sprints.
Tower of Burpee: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Burpees on each level of the parking deck (up and down). Oars got some extra credit on the top level.
Since everyone fartsacked Green Bean’s 60 Big Boi Situps on Tuesday, we did the
Tower of Big Boi: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 Big Boi Situps (and 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 Dying Cockroaches to work the obliques) on each level of the parking deck (up and down).
Cherokee Run back to the DHS parking lot.
Bear crawl back to COT, breaking for high knees then 5 Burpees to finish out.
