PAX gathered with some unexpected mist and rain to make for wet conditions. Several members of the group joined as they finished their pre-ruck.

The Thang:
The PAX moseyed over to Oak Hill. YHC could not hold back the smiles because of how intense this would be. The PAX caught on for better or worse.
- 1 hill sprint – 20 burpees at the top – 30 merkins and 40 big boy sit-ups at bottom
- 2 hill sprints – 16 burpees at the top – 25 merkins and 35 big boy sit-ups at bottom
- 3 hill sprints – 12 burpees at the top – 20 merkins and 30 big boy sit-ups at bottom
- 4 hill sprints – 8 burpees at the top – 15 merkins and 25 big boy sit-ups at bottom
- 5 hill sprints – 4 burpees at the top – 10 merkins and 20 big boy sit-ups at bottom
- 6 hill sprints – 1 burpee at the top – 5 merkins and 15 big boy sit-ups at bottom
7-minute recovery mosey back to the start (remember its an hour workout for Saturday)
