The Thang: Mosey (or meander) on Beltline. Lunges crossing under first bridge. Bear Crawl Inch Worms before second bridge. At Ponce Steps, sets of 11’s with burpees at bottom & squats at top. Plank when done. Mosey back to flag. Sprint to street when after crossing final bridge.

CoT: Prayers for Gronkin’s grandfather for health & grandmother for support. Prayers for Candyland’s mom for recovery from surgery. Prayers for FEMA’s grandfather battling cancer.
