The Thang:
1.1 Mile (or maybe 1.5) mosey. Stop at each intersection for 11 Merkins and 11 Prisoner Squats – 11 stops (or maybe 12 counting the final stop).
The to the field for a set of 11s (BBS and Bonnie Blairs). Start at the goal line. Jailbreak 100 yards 10BBS then start at the 10, jailbreak 90 yards – 1 2ct Bonnie Blair. Then start at the 20 and jail break 80 yards 9 BBS then starting at the 30 Jailbreak 70 yards (I admittedly tested the multi-step cognition of the group). We finished with approximately 650 yds of jail break, 45 BBS and 15 Bonnie Blairs.
Next mosey to the stairs for calf raises, then to the CoT for one last set of 11 SSH.
