Warm up:

30 SSH, 10 Don Q, 10 Weed Pickers, 10 Tumbleweeds L to R, 10 Tumbleweeds R to L, 10 Mtn. Climbers, 10 Merkins, 15 SSH

The Thang:

Head down stairs to grab coupons, partner up and head to the field.

At the goal line one PAX does exercises while the other PAX travels to the 30 yd. line & back:

  • 50 We’re Not Worthy’s, mode of travel is lunge walk down and run back
  • 100 Mike Tyson’s, mode of travel is murder bunny down and rifle carry back
  • 150 (4-ct.) American Hammers, mode of travel is farmer carry right hand down & left hand back

Leave coupons at edge of field. Starting at the numbers of first corner of the track do 5 burpees, run to next corner 5 burpees, next corner 5 burpees, next corner 5 burpees, back to start 5 burpees, then one full lap and finish with 5 burpees to get to 30 total.

Grab coupons and return to parking deck. Head back to the start with a run to first ramp of the deck, Bernie up the ramp, lunge-walk until you’re out of the deck, finished with a bear crawl to the top of the last ramp. Mosey back home.
