With influencers like Suds, Diablo, Seles and B-Bo, YHC was trying to come up with something fun for July 27th, you know 727, and I think we did OK. There was some discussion about airplances prebeatdown that sealed the deal for me. 5 gathered in the gloom at HTR, and work was done.
Warm up: (all IC and x10 – 2 rounds)
- Good Mornings (just 1 set)
- Large Arm Circles (forward 1st set, reverse on the 2nd)
- SSH
- Drunken Hillbilly
- Low Slow Squats
- Cotton Pickers
- Floyd Mayweathers
- Stone Mountains (1st set only)
Short mosey around the lot and down the hill to the auxillary lot, where we looped around and came back up.
The Thang:
Here comes the theme. In honor of 7/27, we did 7, 27s, on each end. On the end by the pull bars, we grabbed a block and did 9 Overhead Presses, 9 Kettle Bell Swings and 9 Curls for the Girls (you know, 27). After that we ran to the far end of the lot, where we did 27 squats. Rinse and repeat 6 more times for a total of 7.
Next up we did 27 or 7 (or 10) of some stuff.
- 27 Windshield Wipers (over the block)
- 10 Skull Crushers (with the block)
- 10 Chest Presses (with the block)
- 27 Rosalitas (IC)
- 27 Big Boy Situps (OYO)
- 7 Chest Presses (with the block)
- 10 Monkey Humpers (IC)
And that, was that. Just under 2 miles, 49 Over head presses, 49 Kettle Bell Swings, 49 Curls, 189 Squats, and some other stuff. Well done gents.
