Nice Cool morning, 70 degrees.
5.57 – Suds (Pax of 1) , 5.58 Suds, 5.59 Suds, 6.00 Suds, 6.01 Suds (still a pax of 1) was about start off on solo Run when out of the fog comes a Salty “gentleman” with skull and cross bone patch over one eye, Fireballs!
After a quick minute of debate, Suds provided the usual disclaimer of not being professional, not a doctor, not sure if Mrs Fireballs had approved of this undertaking, etc.. With assurances being offered from this Pirate looking fellow, Off we went as Motley Crue looking pax of 2

The Thang: Suds and the Pirate headed off on 2 mile run inspecting benches on behalf City of Dunwoody Parks & Recreation. Format of the morning
- Run playground area benches, to skate park, down passed ampi-theater, taking path behind dog park, and out to the soccer field.
- All along the way, alternating Dips and Incline merkins in sets of 10 in cadence (or 20 single count) until we go to 50 /100. Next Step ups & Heels to Heaven. Same, 5 set of 10 (20 single Count) for 50 double count / 100 single count.

- Captain Pirate Fireballs offered prayer for our nation, for town of Uvalde Texas and families caught in the senseless violence yesterday. Good heart felt prayer. Don’t take any day or moment for granted.
