The Thang:

Did the listed stations – 1:30 at each station with 10 seconds to move to the next. LBCs, Step Ups, Merkins, Lunges, Pull Ups, Dips, and Roman Chair. Took a mid-round mosey break and finished with a mosey back to  the parking lot
