Today was a historic day for Tavern, with several firsts!
- First dog companion for a run
- First FNG at Tavern (Welcome Catfish!)
- First time Beetle finally made it down to Piedmont for anything F3
Warm up:
Ran through some SSH, standing lunge, weed pickers, and stretch OYO.
The Thang:
Ran down the Beltline past the skatepark, then took a left over to the PATH trail past the Carter Center. Out-n-backed, but plus a meadow loop at the end
