The worst of the storm had past, but we had a steady light rain for most of the workout. YHQ came running up at 6 am sharp to Manhole and Curveball. Suds and Team Mom would find us a little later.

Mosey to skate park. One of the activities our kids do in swim lessons is the monkey (not humper). They hold onto the edge of the pool and walk their arms along the side to move along the edge of the pool. We did the same (with less water and no buoyancy).

Repeat until you get 100 of each. Curveball is a natural monkey, traversing the steepest edge and pulling himself up without sliding to the bottom. Everyone else… not so much!

Mosey down to the fields, gates were locked and slippery and running low on time, so paused for 10 burpees before moseying back to the baseball fields.
