  • we used 50lb sandbags, or a coupon + 25lb vest
    • Thrusters (50+ lbs)
    • Jump Squats (body weight)
    • Pushups (body weight)
    • Squats (body weight)
  • .5 mile ish suicides

Round 2

  • same as above except only 50 reps of each exercise
