Rd 2

  • 10 yds out and back. 5 star jumps/toyotas
  • Continue increasing by 10 yds until you get to 50 yds / 25 toyotas

Rd 3

  • 10 yds out and back. 5 burpees
  • Continue increasing by 10 yds until you get to 50 yds / 25 burpees
