Pax List: Dubya, GreenBean, Radar, Ricochet, Seles, Suds, Wreck-It Ralph
FNG Count: 0
Downrange:
It was another wet and muggy Saturday and Seles was invoked as a substitute Q for Green Bean because of a tennis match (what’s more important F3 or tennis?) So, the non-fartsackers gathered at the Nature Center and the beatdown began. By the way, Green Bean appeared anyway but then had to depart halfway through (for tennis) that then got canceled again (see alternate coffeeteria on Slack with an appearance of the long lost Sleeper along with Madoff!)
Warmup:
16 Side Straddle Hops, 8 Baryshnikovs (ea. leg), 16 Hairy Rockettes, 8 Stone Mountains, 16 Toy Soldiers, 8 Imperial Squawkers i.c.
The Thang:
Start at the lower level of the hill and Everest up to the school entrance driveway
Mary: Uphill ABC’s (face uphill while exercising) 16 reps i.c. 3X
Partner up for the Burp Back Mountain: 100 Burpees between the two partners with one partner running backwards to the top of the hill and forward back down then switching off. All PAX keep running until the six completes the burpees (with the heat and humidity most everyone was already smoked after this one!) But, the beatdown must go on.
Aerosmith over to the cafeteria parking lot at the school for various crab walks: cross the parking lot using forward, backward and fiddler crab walks.
Mosey to cul-de-sac for Mary: 16 Dying Cockroaches i.c. 3X
Mosey to picnic area for Dips: 16 reps i.c. 3X
Mosey up hill back to the front parking lot at the school for Curb Derkins i.c. 8 reps 3X
Partner up and wall sit while other partner runs across lot and back 8X
Cherokee Run around the “oval” 3X
Mosey back to start for Mary: LBCs 16 reps i.c. 3X
CoT:
Ricochet took us out. Some PAX needs to pick up the Q at Wildcat for Dubya this coming Thursday since he has been called up for international travel at work this next week.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Look for future Q by Dubya at Wildcat with a “portaging” theme based on his recent Northern Tier High Adventure trip with the Boy Scouts (high likelihood of coupons being moved from place to place!)
