The Thang:
Off the track on over to the garden, for a little pyramid: Step-ups, dips and incline merkins. 2 up to 10 and back down to 2, by twos. And we almost made it, but you guessed it, Burpee time, 10, OYO.
Over to Wildcat circle for some Mary (all x15 and mostly IC):
Rosalita
Low-lalita
American Hammers
Jelly Donuts
Oblique (left then right)
Big boy sit-ups (OYO)
And let’s mosey on to and around the track, Burpee time, 10, OYO.
And off the track to Vanderlyn hill for a little work – alternating lunge walking (5 each leg) and then 5 broad jumps all the way up the hill and then mosey back down , grabbing Zooms jacket on the way, back to and around the track, through Wildcat circle and to the steps for 3 sets of calf raises, all x10, straight, heel in , Burpee time, 10, OYO. and finally heel out.
Mosey up the stairs and over to the picnic benches, for 3 sets of x10 box jumps OYO AND 3 sets of incline merkins x10 and IC.
Mosey back to the light pole.

I’m a site Q at F3Noga and am always looking for new exercises to throw into the mix especially ones not in the Exicon. What are Mary Catherines, Stone Mountains and Jelly Donuts? Just curious.
