Line up line abreast on the end line of the soccer field in the outfield
Side to Side Werkins         1
Bear crawl to midfield
Jump squats                  7
Reverse run to endline

Repeat sequence, but add 1 werkin and subtract 1 jump squat until the ladder is flipped

Lunge walk to mid field
Reverse run back to end line

Mosey to concession area

Wall Squats 1 minute
Chicken peckers 20 single count
(handstand with feet on wall. Then do shoulder taps)
