Another beautiful day in Shadow land and 9 hearty PAX showed up for another Seles beatdown. After many years of Qing, YHC was looking for something different, so a 7 station Pyramid rose from the depths of the unconscious. Only the PAX can say whether it worked or not!
Warm up:
15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Newtons Cradles, 15 Hairy Rockettes, 15 Moroccan Nightclubs, 15 Side Straddle Hops
The Thang:
Run the stairs from the PMS parking lot down to the ball fields 10X
Mosey to the ball field for the 7-point Pyramid:
- Home Plate: Burpees
- First Base: Crab Taps
- Second Base: Sumo Squats
- Third Base: Stone Mountains
- Left Field (at the warning track): Toyotas
- Center Field: Plank Jacks
- Right Field: Heels-to-Heaven
All exercises using i.c. count except Burpees and Toyotas. Pyramid repetition sequence was: 2, 4, 6, 8, 6, 4, 2 at all seven stations.
Repeat running the stairs 10X

Fireballs took us out especially keeping fallen soldiers and their families and hurricane victims in mind.
