It was a family affair today. Two Brothers-in-law were the only takers on a rainy, cold beatdown in the gloom. Fortunately, they had a great time.
Warm up: SSH, Windmill, Imperial Walkers, Floyd Mayweathers, Mountain Climbers. All IC x 15. Rinse and Repeat.
The Thang: Mosey to Parking Deck at Georgia State (Perimeter Campus) stopping at each side street for 10 Merkins OYO. From the bottom of the parking deck, commence with 10 merkins, run up first ramp and reward yourself with 20 LBCs, run up next ramp and do 30 squats. 40 Lunges (20 each leg) after next ramp, 50 Arm presses after next and finish with 10 Merkins at the top. Run all the way down to the bottom and to the curb for 10 Rocky Balboas IC, 10 Curb Dips IC, 10 Curb Alpers IC.
Repeat deck run but this time with 10 Werkins, 20 Freddie Mercurys, 30 Squat Jumps, 20 Tik Toks (forward and backward lunges in place, 10 each leg), 40 Flutter Kicks and finally 10 Side Shift Merkins at the top.
Run to bottom for some Mary. Dealer’s choice IC: 15 Box Cutters, 15 Freddy Mercurys, 15 Mason Twists, and 10 Big Boy Sit-ups.
Run back to DHS.
