One lonely Beastie I be, all by myself without nobody, the gloom was beatin down on my F3 hat, the air was nice and cool and i refuse to be fat (well fit-fat) but you get the idea.
It has been a while, but it YHC found himself alone, with his thoughts, and the pavement. After a brief stretch and a reaization that it was just me, against me, it was time to get after it.

The Thang:
A little out and back. Left the shroom and headed left up the hill, then a right turn off Village Dr. onto Mt. Vernon, for some time on the rollers between Village Drive and Abernathy. Hit the 2 mile mark at the corner and went around the backside of the 600 and 500 buildings and back along Spalding to North Park Dr, climbed the hill and made the left turn back on Mt. Vernon and all the way across back to Village Dr. Down the hill and back to the Shroom.

As i arrived back at The Shroom, ran into Dubya and Rum Runner who just logged 9.3 (Stout!!)
