YHC knew the odds were low as the Q sheet was empty less than 12 hours ago and crickets were chirping on the slack channel. Regardless, the gloom called and the hope that some other PAX would join. I pulled a beatdown from the Exicon vault that I had saved for a Saturday beatdown. It was 6:30 and time to roll!
Warm up:
Extended warmup of high knees, SSH, squats, arm circles, mountain climbers, stretching and repeat to see if any PAX would arrive. By 6:40 it was time to move to the active oval.
The Thang:
Mosey to Active Oval workout equipment for Cindy Crawford.
Like Cindy (AMRAP 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats) Plus 20 LBCs and 25 toe raises to get the full body bikini ready. Complete 20 rounds in 30 minutes is the goal. Well, YHC got to 20 + 1 more pullup as the 30 minute counter expired. Time to mosey back to start.
