PAX did travel+movement then held plank for other PAX before proceeding to next set
Murder bunny to 10yd + 10 blockees
Lunge walk w/coupon to 20yd + 20 curls
Rifle carry to 30yd + 30 coupon swings, leave coupon at 30yd
Bear crawl to 40 + 40 squats
Broad jump to 50 then bernie back to 30yd for coupon, lunge walk w/coupon to 50yd then 50 coupon jumpovers
PAX left coupons and ran a lap around the track
Crab walk to 60yd + 60sec plank
Inch worm to 70yd + 70 LBCs
Lunge walk to 80yd + 80 ankle grabbers (40 each side)
Broad jump to 90yd + 30 OH press (IC), 30 seal clap (IC), 30 OH clap (IC)
Lunge walk to 100yd + 100 SSH
Bear crawl or lunge walk back to 50yd to collect coupons then rifle carry off track, return to deck with coupons
Calf raise set in stairwell before the finish
