The Thang:
Mosey to the wall. Did some wall jumps, dips, and irkins. Spider Monkey took a gash to the shins with the wall jumps. He is one tough pax!
Mosey back to the rig for a rig-style beatdown
Tabata style: 4 groups rotating to different station: Thrusters with coupon, standing horizontal flies with baby coupons (ie bricks), choose your own app exercise, and pull ups/hang for 1 min. Each station was 1 min on / 10 secs off. Did the rotation 4x through.
Merkins x 10
Tug-of-war. It was a well fought battle. Martina served as the referee. And boy, it was a little harder than I remember it being from grade school. Good way to end the beat down!

Prayers for SpaceLaw’s wife (Gentry). Her grandmother just passed this week. They are dealing with the grief of her loss plus the added complexity of being tasked with sorting out her affairs/probate.
Prayers for Vertigo (and the other parents) to be a better parent and the challenges of raising a family.
