The Rig is F3 Atlanta’s newest AO. All men are welcome to join us in Summerhill.

Warm up:

SSH, Weed Pickers, Don Quixotes, and Yoga Moves.  We stretched our body and worked on our breathing as we prepared for a beatdown that welcomed us into the work week.

The Thang:

Hero WOD Shawn focuses on a 5-mile run that requires participants to perform 50 body squats and 50 merkins every 5 minutes.  Today, we modified the Shawn: 30 minute run, every 5 minutes perform 50 body squats and 30 merkins.

Total Mileage: 3.3 miles, 250 body squats, 150 merkins

YHC took the PAX out summarizing the five dimensions of Emotional Intelligence. Let us identify where we are strong and where we are weak.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Nothing worthwhile of great note although it was a sad moment when we realized the donut shop that serves coffee isn’t open on Monday. (SAD!)
