first thing – rolled dice – gave us 21 squats (with sandbag or coupon). Great roll by tofu
then on to the Thang that we’ve known about since Tuesday. Throw on a vest or ruck if you got one.

15 squat (at this point we had done 1/20 of a murph minus the running)
20 overhead press
25 kettlebell swing
20 rows
15 burpees
10 squats – heavy
5 deadlifts – heavy
repeat as many times as possible. Goal: 5 rounds. Reality: I see tweety birds

If I was a coupon I would not want to be called up for duty and sent to the rig. Smalls lost a coupon today. Nobody saw it happen but it’s in pieces. Did he headbut it? Did he throw it up in the air and round house kick it? Did he give it that look? We’ll never know. But let’s live our lives as if we’re a coupon headed to the rig knowing every Monday, Thursday, or Friday, could be our last.
