Good day to work – the Saturday after Thanksgiving with a nice crisp morning to get the blood flowing.
Saltlick stumped your YHC with a simple question about how to count Step-ups today. I promise to be crisper in the future.
The highlight of the workout today for YHC was Saltlick’s slide down the grassy hill. I give him a 10 for the effort. Great form and award-winning distance.
