Station 1: chin-ups and dips (alternate as you’d like)

Station 2: merkins (close grip, wide grip, using the rings, elevated (change it up as you’d like)

Station 3: back extensions

“Station 4”: Bridge run

Towards the end, we changed up the first 3 stations to 1. Air Squats, 2. Step-ups and 3. Big Boy Sit-ups
