The Thang:

Cross side Austin parking lot with Bear Crawl, switching to Crab Walk midway though.

Mosey down hill to Treehouse of Pain (THOP).  Half the group would do 10 inclined merkins and 10 dips while the other half did 10 pullups in the THOP.  Repeat 3x.

Trail run!

Mosey to intersection of Holly Bank Circle and Holly Bank Circle.

50 dying beetles, run circle (about 0.4 miles with steep hill at end)

50 big boi situps, run circle

50 heels to heaven, do NOT run circle

Mosey to the Austin Park grassy field.

Line up face to face in plank position.  10 hand slap merkins, rotate to right.  This posed a challenge since we figured out pax had to rotate 2 spots to right to make the train run properly.  That’s what happens when YHC makes up a new workout late the evening before.

Switch to 10 crab hand slaps and rotate to right.

Mosey back to DNC Hill.  Lunge walk over crest for some active recovery.
