Yesterday, YHC noticed there wasn’t a Q so decided to take it and repeat the workout from June 24 because it was so much fun.  turns out – there was a completely different crew of PAX, too, so it wasn’t as much of a repeat as I thought it’d be…

Mosey’d to the circle by the pool house. Circle up, like a clock… at each station: 1min exercise, 6s transition to next, 3 non-stop rounds while listening to the new Two Friends Big Bootie Mix Volume 23 – its a banger.

Made it through 3 rounds then mosey’d back to the start… and SURPRISE!  Soft Hands & Baby Hands were there!  Then we all went to a fun coffeeteria.  Solid Saturday.
