Saturday’s Terminus beatdown moved to Friday for a special Christmas Eve edition. Since the PAX already had a 12 days of Christmas beatdown (thank you Martina) on Tuesday, today’s beatdown was Reindeer Games.
Warm up:
- Jolly jacks 20 IC

The Thang:
Reindeer love to play games so we started with a mosey to Stonehenge/Flagpole with coupons for the first game and stayed nearby in the meadow for the other games. Our Reindeer Games playlist as our soundtrack
Game 1 – Poinsettia Push up jam, b/c Reindeer gotta lift a lot of toys in Santa’s sleigh
- To Jingle Bells by Skid Row, hold plank and do a push up every time you hear Jingle
Game 2 – Reindeer Rock, Paper, Scissors b/c Reindeer love to compete
- The 3 PAX did a tournament style Rock, Paper, Scissors. Winner does half the work, loser does double. Everyone does an out and back to Rudolph, who was excluded from the game but whose red light shined bright across the meadow, with different work each round.
- Round 1: winner 3 burpees loser does 6, out Rifle carry, back Farmer Carry. 3 rounds
- Round 2: winner 10 stone mtn pushups loser does 20, out Murder Bunny, back Farmer Carry. 3 rounds
- Round 3: winner 10 lbc’s loser does 20, out Bear Crawl, back Crawl Bear. 3 rounds
Game 3 – Reindeer presents, not widely known, but Reindeer open the present which they give to the other Reindeer
- Each PAX unwrapped a Reindeer gift which was the exercise we would do at the top of the hill from meadow up to Stonehenge; murder bunny up hill and perform 24 reps of the exercise which was in the present
- 24 American Hammers
- 24 Romanian Dead Lifts
- 24 Thrusters
Game 4 – Dora 1,2,3 b/c Reindeer have to partner up to get work done
- 100 Coupon Squats, 200 Coupon Swings, 300 Coupon Curls
- 1 or 2 PAX do work while one or more run (alternated b/w 2 PAX exercise while 1 runs or 2 run while 1 does the exercise)
- modified the 300 Coupon Curls to 100 due to time
