3 PAX, including YHC, showed up in the gloom for a rainy beatdown. YHC though we may be able to start with just a drizzle but it quickly turned into a steady, heavy rain. No worries as YHC had plans for some cover but we had to warmup and a lot of mosey to get to the parking deck.

The Thang:

Mosey to parking deck with stops along the way for the six including step ups at Stonehenge 1, planks on the path, etc.

Once at the parking deck, setup for a rain out repeat of 8 exercises of 100 reps each for 40 ish minutes.

Objective:  8 exercises, 100 reps each in 40ish minutes
Execution: EMOM  perform two exercises, 10 reps each and rinse and repeat 10 sets.  Each round repeated with two new exercises for 10, 1 minute, sets.

1Ist Round, 10 reps of Burpees and LBCs per minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 1 minute

2nd Round, 10 reps of 4-count Monkey Humpers and American Hammers (2=1) per minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 1 minute
3rd Round, 10 reps of Merkins and Flutter Kicks (4=1) per minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 1 minute

4th Round, 10 reps of Jump Squats and Mt. Climbers (4=1) per minute for 10 minutes.

3rd and 4th Rounds were shortened due to time.
