It was a cold, windy and drizzly morning, but this was the warmest it’s going to be today!

Warm up:

Lap around the baseball field to warm up.

Side Straddle Hop 15x ic

Mary Katherine 15x ic

Imperial Walker 15x ic

Windmill 15x ic

Mountain Climbers 15x ic

It was getting really cold and windy, so we relocated to the PMS portico to rinse and repeat the warm up.

The Thang:

Everybody found a column within the portico for:

Wall sits (count around to 30)

Derkins (feet on the column) 10x oyo

Wall plank (count around to 30)

Balls to the wall (count around to 30)

Leave the warmth of the portico for our first set of:

Self Supported Cliff-hanger Merkins 10x oyo and

Self Supported Suspended Dips 10x oyo using the parallel railings of the multitude of trailer ramps

Run back to the portico to wall sit for the six.  We did this two more times whenever I called “Trailers!”

Next, we moseyed past the women’s workout group, who was conveniently using the other PMS portico and down into Brook Run.  We ended up at the east gate of the intramural fields, which was conveniently locked.

Next exercise: scale the fence!

We lined up on the goal line of the soccer field for a Quarter Pound of Mary

Run to the 1/4 line for 25 Turkish Getups

Backwards run to the goal line

Run to the centerline for 50 Big Boi Situps

Backwards run to the goal line

Run to the 3/4 line for 75 American Hammers (single count)

Backwards run to the goal line

Run to the opposite goal line for 100 Dying Cockroaches (single count)

Backwards run to the goal line

Side Straddle Hope for the six (don’t want to get cold)

Mosey up the steps and out the open gate of the fields back to the baseball fields

Pause for Balls to the Fence to wait on the six

Bear Crawl between the baseball fields until time was called

CoT:

Welcome FNG Tim, nicknamed Tomahawk.  Bison met him at bible study and convinced him to try out F3 this morning.  He’s involved the restaurant industry and loves cooking Rib Roasts – therefore Tomahawk.

Bison prayed for us.

Naked Man Moleskin:

I thought my body was just numb, but once I got back in my car, I realized I was also wet from our Quarter Pound of Mary on the field.
