Downrange:

One of the foundational lessons in Q source leadership is Preparedness: Getting Ready For The Expected While Being Ready For The Unexpected. Read on to see how your PAX dealt with change

Warm up:

SSH, weed-pickers, imperial walkers, merkins, mtn climbers, squats, and more SSH (we had to do a few more SSH  to see if Lord Licorice would show up as our planned journey would not take us to the usual stops…did he join? Maybe next time)

The Thang:

YHC had planned for a stadium and football field workout (while on the way over to Terminus, YHC drove past the back gate of the stadium to see if it was open – yes, it was!). So PAX Ran the block around Midtown High School over to the stadium back gate; however the gate was unexpectedly locked only 20 minutes after it was previously open (who did this?!?).  Plans had to change and thus the Preparedness Leadership lesson opportunity was before us.

So  YHC had to revert to backup plans and we made our way over to Oak Hill.

Once at Oak Hill we did the following:
* 3 rounds of Bernie up Oak Hill with 20 lunges at top and 20 X Factors at bottom
* 2 rounds of Bear Crawl up and 20 Stone Mountain push-ups at the top and 20 Squats at the bottom

Mosey by the lake over to the Clara Meer Dock – stopped for a round of Mary with Flutter Kicks, Low Dolly and High Dolly done continuous (no recovery until the end).

Up the steps to the top of Dockside where we did two rounds of Ascending Testicles with Chicken Peckers on the side wall of building. From there we proceeded to do a set of 11s with 10 Burpee‘s at the bottom of the steps by the dock and one dip at the top by Dockside building. Mosey back to the start for a finished with some Mary (Protractor and Wilson).

CoT:

  • Prayers for Smalls family & YHC for provision

Naked Man Moleskin:
