The Thang:
Mosey the long way to bottom of parking deck. Lunge walk across the bottom level to stairs outside of deck for 4 rounds of VCR (normal, toes out, toes in, feet wide) – all 15 IC
Mosey to first light pole at bottom of hill for a Crowd Pleaser. Each letter in Crowd represents a different exercise. Start with C, the next round C and R, and so on until the whole word was completed.
C – 20 Squats
R – 20 RSL
O – 20 Butt-kickers (4-ct IC)
W – 20 Bonnie Blairs
D – 20 Jump squats
Exercises were done at the bottom of the hill, then we would run to top of hill and SSH until the six was in. 20 (4-ct IC) LBCs at the top of the hill, then mosey back down and hold preacher’s chair for the six.
We completed C-R-O-W-D and then moseyed back to the parking lot for COT.
