The Thang:

Cherokee Run up Vermack, not quite to St. Lukes.  Turn right on Vermack and do prisoners squats for the six.  Mosey down the secret path to the base of Stratham Drive.

Climb the hill with: Lunge walk burpees, crab walk, bear crawl, broad jumps, butt kickers and high knees.

Cherokee run down Trumbull Drive to the Vanderlyn Playground.

Pyramid with 2 pullups every time and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 body builders.

We cleaned up our divots in the playground rubber mulch, but we weren’t playing golf!

Mosey to the football field for a Quarter Pound of Mary:

  • Run to the 25 yard line and do 25 turkish getups, backwards run back
  • Run to the 50 yard line and do 50 big boi situps, backwards run back
  • Run to the 75 yard line and do 75 american hammer (single count), backwards run back
  • Run to the 100 yard line and do 100 dying cockroaches (single count), backwards run back

Green Bean and Curveball finished, but most us cut the end short to mosey back to the COT just in time.
