The Thang:
Mosey to active oval, with a stop asking the way for 15 dips and 15 derkins
At the oval, we launched into the pick your poison pyramid. I asked three pax to choose an arm, leg and ab exercise respectively. Buttercup chose Stone mountain pushups, Gump chose Bonnie Blairs, and Gates chose flutter kicks. We used these to do a 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 pyramid, while running laps around the oval. We ran a 1/4 lap, then did 2 reps of each exercise, then 1/4 lap, then 4 reps, so on. Any time we passed the pull up station, we did 5 pullups.
Then we adapted Credit’s circle merk so the 1 pax doing exercise would do the bottom half of a Burpees x5 (jump to plank, pushup, bounce back to a low Squat position). The waiting pax were holding Al Gore. We did 3 rounds.
Mosey to the rock pile for a set of 9s with curls and overhead press, and then Mosey back to startex for some Mary
