    • Forearm Plank
  • Rinse Repeat (2 minutes of each for 6 minutes tota)
  • Durkins / Squats (alternating sets)
    • 5/10, 10/20, 15/30, 10/20, 5/10 (45 durkins, 90 squats)
  • Mosey back to COT
