06:02…. Suds starts the work out Solo (still thinking… what a beautiful morning the Lord has made that everybody is missing with dewpoint of 75 with no rain), but then…
06:03…. Was it Mahi Mahi, no, Stripper, no, it was Stevie Wonder! (might need to transitioning Stevie again to Minus 5, or Sleepy Smurf, or Sleeper 2.0, but that is topic for another day).
Warm up:
So, after some quick stretching, off we went as the “ 3 2 Best Friend(s) that anyone could ever have!, 3 2 Best Friend(s) that anyone could ever have!”… no more thinking, just do
The Thang:
Off we went on quarter mile to half mile runs with stops to inspect park benches with 15 merkins (of your choice at each stop), 15 dips (every time), 15 step ups or squats(alternating). There is a wabbly bench over by 2nd hole on the frisbee course with lots of spider webs. Stevie Wonder and I stumbled upon the Frisbee golf holes (nets). 🤔
