The Thang:
Mosey out to Womack and back to the parking lot and back for 4 corners. At the first corner 30 sumo squats, 2nd Corner 20 Mercans, 3rd Corner 30 Heels-to-Heaven (at Gym on the dry ground) and at the last Corner Pagoda 10 Pull-ups. 3 times around.
Mosey to the front of the school to do Bear Crawls (for Ralph) and Lunges up to the front entrance. Down to the Rock pit. Box Jumps up from the rock pit. 6 times
Mary on the dry ground (the Q was soft because of the rain). All, in Cadence, Low Flutter (20), Leon’s Box Cutters (20) Heels-to-Heaven (20) and LBC (20)
While we were going to partner up, the three of us stuck together. Mosey to North end of school. 5 Burpees run to the upper lot for Bonnie Blairs (5-10 depending on how you count) and repeat 2X. Time is getting away so run back to COT. 3 munutes. 5 Burpees then in cadence: Run Stance Switch, Mercans and Monkey Humpers all in a quantity of 11 since about 8 was a REASONABLE number.

Diablo took us out with prayers for all in travel for the holidays; Prayers for the Sanderson/McGannon family as they mourn Jennifer’s father passing; and prayers for Novocain and his wife on their travels to Israel.
