The Thang:
Mosey around the block, Skyland Terrace > Stoland > Canmont, then back up the hill to the coolers. All Pax grabbed a cooler and mosied up to the field, which YHC divided into thirds using park chairs. Pax then ran down the field with their coolers, performing these exercises (all OYO) along the way:
- First chair – 20 squats
- Second chair – 20 squat thrusts
- End of field – 20 blockees
Returned coolers, mosied to the volleyball court for some 11’s, merkins and step-ups, then back to the field for some Mary:

Due to insufficient exercises planned, YHC’s VQ ended ~5 minutes prematurely. He’s pretty sure there’s a joke in there somewhere, but isn’t going to make it at his own expense.
